From enquiry to collection

How ordering works

  1. Choose your hay and pellets

    The enquiry calculates your product subtotal, using your chosen hay pack sizes and any eligible pellet offer. Read about hay bags or compare pellet sizes.

  2. Tell us how you’d like to collect

    Select pickup or ask about delivery. Include your suburb and any collection preference in the enquiry.

  3. Review and send your request

    Choose how we should contact you, then send your order request. If online requests are unavailable, review and send the email draft or copy your message to contact us.

  4. Wait for our confirmation

    We reply through your chosen contact method to confirm stock, product questions, the final total and the pickup or delivery arrangements. Sending a request does not reserve stock or take payment.

Products and delivery are separate

One 3 kg hay pack is $15. Add a 2 kg pellet bag for a $22 product subtotal. If a $20 delivery fee applies, the total would be $42; with a $30 delivery fee, it would be $52. We confirm the applicable fee and final total before ordering.

For small orders, arranging pickup avoids a delivery charge.

Are you a walk-in pet shop?

No. Carindale collection is by arrangement. Please wait for confirmation of a time and pickup details before visiting.

Is my suburb nearby or farther out?

Send your suburb in the enquiry. We confirm whether delivery is available and which fee applies before you order; the delivery zone and fee depend on your suburb.

How do I know you received my request?

When you send an order request through the form, a reference appears after it reaches the pantry. Keep it for follow-up. Opening an email draft or copying a message does not send anything; send it yourself and wait for our reply. We confirm pickup or delivery arrangements separately.
